I am proposing to start a Bricquette making unit using waste generated during the manufacturing of self adhesive labels. The waste consists of face stock – filmic (PP, PE, Polyester, Paper, Adhesive – acrylic & hot melt rubber based, Siliconised release Paper). These Bricquettes can be used as fuel in Cement industry, Power generating units or Paper Mills. How to get Pollution Control Board Clearance., they are not ready to allow me to use filmic material. I think due to combustion method the environmental issues will be addressed. This project will help the Label Industry as they are using lot of filmic labelstock. If the waste is sent for incinerating units for burning then we are not helping our environment, instead used as fuel in power generation then we are contributing in agreen way to our environment.
Your help is requested how to address this & get clearance from the Pollution Control Board.
